中职学生创新能力培养的几点思考

Some Reflections on the Cultivation of Students' Innovative Ability

创新能力是人类内在主观能动性的外在高级表现,也是学生融入社会竞争的必备条件。积极在教学过程中培养学生的创新能力,是我们教育工作者面临的一项重要而艰巨的任务。本文立足教学实践,从转变教育观念、实现以人为本、改善课堂教学、有效利用资源四个方面,阐述了在教学中对学生进行创新能力培养的几点思考,为在中职学校计算机专业教学中如何推行创新教育提供了一点思路。

Innovative ability is the external and advanced expression of human inner subjective initiative,and it is also the necessary condition for students to integrate into social competition.It is an important and arduous task for our educators to actively cultivate students'innovative ability in the teaching process.Based on teaching practice,this paper expounds some thoughts on cultivating students'innovative ability in teaching from four aspects:changing educational concept,realizing people-oriented,improving classroom teaching and making effective use of resources.It provides some ideas on how to carry out innovative education in computer specialty teaching in secondary vocational schools.
