医药院校立德树人有效路径探索

立德树人是高校人才培养的重要方面,尤其针对医药院校培养的学生面向就业的特点,加强医药院校立德树人工作具有重要意义。目前高校"德育"工作系统性不够,专业课程教师"德育"意识不强,"德育"工作评价体系不完善,从建立高校学生德育、智育双合格考核机制,促进全体教师参与学生"德育"教育,"德育"理论与"德育"实践相结合,加强学生日常"养成"教育等方面探索学生立德树人有效路径。

Lide Shuren is an important aspect of talents training in colleges,especially in view of the job-oriented characteristics of students trained in medical colleges,it is of great significance to strengthen the work of Lide Shuren in medical colleges.At present,“moral education”in colleges is not systematic enough,the consciousness of“moral education”is not strong,and the work evaluation system of“moral education”is not perfect.So from the establishment of a double-qualified examination mechanism for moral education and intellectual education for college students,promoting the participation of all teachers in the“moral education”of students,and combining the theory of“moral education”with the practice of“moral education”,and strengthen the students’daily“cultivation”education and other aspects to explore the effective path of students lide shuren.
