摘要
随着公共资源交易工作的发展和交易过程的公开透明,交易各方主体的法律意识和维权意识不断提升,加之投诉渠道广泛和投诉成本较低,使公共资源交易投诉的发生率不断提高。如何规范投诉处理、避免恶意投诉、提高公共资源交易效率,对投诉处理问题的探索已经十分必要。本文将从公共资源交易投诉的类型、难点和对策等方面进行分析探讨。
With the development of public resource transaction work and the transparency of the transaction process,the legal awareness and rights awareness of the parties to the transaction have been continuously improved,and the complaint channels are wide and the cost of complaints is low,which makes the incidence of public resource transaction complaints continue to increase.How to standardize complaint handling,avoid malicious complaints,improve the efficiency of public resource transactions,and explore the handling of complaints is very necessary.This paper will analyze and discuss the types,difficulties and countermeasures of public resource transaction complaints.
