青岛地铁生产性物资采购一直是服务生产保障运营的重要方面。文章从框架协议采购的起源和定义、轨道交通行业生产性物资采购的特点与困扰、框架协议采购的适用性和青岛地铁框架协议采购的探索历程、实施流程、应用特征等方面进行了分析与研究,发现框架协议采购存在的不足并提出改进的措施,力求框架协议采购在生产性物资保障上发挥更大效能。

The procurement of productive materials in Qingdao Metro has always been an important aspect of service production and operation.The article analyzes and studies the origin and definition of framework agreement procurement,the characteristics and troubles of the procurement of production materials in the rail transit industry,the applicability of framework agreement procurement,and the exploration process,implementation process and application characteristics of Qingdao Metro framework agreement procurement.We found that the framework agreement procurement is insufficient and proposed improvement measures,and strived to make the framework agreement procurement more effective in the production of material security.
