确定工程造价是工程项目建设过程中重要的一环,实施工程造价编制,目的是便于业主明确和控制投资规模,保证项目投资目标的实现,以取得较好的投资效益,最终实现竣工决算控制在审定的概算额内。本文分析了目前基坑钢板桩支护的重点问题,论述了针对钢板桩支护的造价问题的解决方法与措施,为同类工程造价控制的相关实践提供了有益的参考。

Determining project cost is an important part of the project construction process.The project cost is compiled.The purpose is to facilitate the owner to clear and control the investment scale,to ensure the realization of the project investment objectives,to achieve better investment returns,and finally to achieve the final accounts.Controlled within the approved budget estimates.This paper analyzes the key issues of foundation pile support in foundation pit,and discusses the solutions and measures for the cost of steel sheet pile support,which provides a useful reference for the related practice of similar project cost control.
