同卵双胞胎与B细胞的研究进展

摘要 B细胞是机体体液免疫应答的关键部分,B细胞表面的B细胞受体(B cell receptor,BCR)分子是识别抗原的关键分子。同卵双胞胎来自于同一受精卵,具有相同的遗传物质,在评估遗传、环境等多因素对疾病的影响中起着不可替代的作用。本文在同卵双胞胎B细胞对肿瘤,自身免疫病以及其他疾病的免疫应答做了概括,同时也对目前关于同卵双胞胎BCR组库的特征及可能重排机制研究成果做出综述。 B cell is the key of the body′s humoral immune response and B cell receptor(BCR)on the surface of B cells is the key molecule to recognize antigens.Monozygotic twins from the same oosperm plays an irreplaceable role to evaluate and assess what genetic,environmental and other factors plays on disease.In this paper,it summarizes that the immune response of B cells in monozygotic twins take part in genetically related diseases,tumors,autoimmune diseases and other diseases,and also summarizes the current research results about the characteristics and possible rearrangement mechanism of the monozygotic twins BCR receptor.
