摘要
光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)自问世以来,已成为治疗癌症的重要方法。作为PDT中最重要的因素,光敏剂(PS)的研究越来越受到重视。介绍了卟啉类光敏剂的发展过程,大致分为三代:第一代以血卟啉及其衍生物为主,第二代主要为结构明确的卟啉类化合物,第三代光敏剂为第二代光敏剂与功能性分子结合的产物。最后例举了部分近年来已药用的卟啉类光敏剂。
Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has become an important method for the treatment of cancer since its invention.As the most important factor in PDT,the study of photosensitizer(PS)has received more and more attention.This paper introduces the developmentporphyrin photosensitizers.It is roughly divided into three generations:the first generation is mainly composed of hematoporphyrin and its derivatives,and the second generation is well-defined porphyrin compounds,and the third generation of photosensitizers are the products of the second generation of photosensitizers combined with functional molecules.Finally,some porphyrin photosensitizers that have been medicinal in recent years are exemplified.
