原子吸收光谱石墨炉法和火焰法测定卷烟辅料中铅的比较

摘要 (目的)分别采用原子吸收光谱石墨法和火焰法测定未知水溶液铅含量,比较两种方法测定水溶液中铅含量的效果。(方法)取两份未知浓度水溶液(实验室间比对样品),分别在石墨炉法标准曲线和火焰法标准曲线适宜的浓度范围内进行测量,校准曲线法计算元素含量。(结果)两种方法检测的结果基本一致,石墨炉法回收率99.89%~102.31%(n=5),火焰法回收率在99.93%~102.10%(n=5)之间。使用两种方法测量两份水样,相对偏差为1.55%~1.71%。(结论)两种方法测量水样中铬含量的结果基本一致,火焰法分析速度更快,重现性更好,但对低浓度样品的测定分析准确度低,石墨炉法测量速度慢,但对低浓度样品测量值更准确。 (Objective)using respectively atomic absorption spectrometric graphite furnace and flame method to detect unknown aqueous solution,to compare the effects of determination of Plumbum in the same aqueous solution.(Methods)Several samples from the same water solution containing Plumbum were under the suitable oncentration for the standard curve of the graphite furnace and flame method,respectively,and then they were detected and the results were calculated.(Results)The testing result is basically the same,the recovery rate of graphite furnace was 99.89%~102.31%(n=5),and the recovery rate of flame method was 99.93%~102.10%(n=5).Two different samples were measured by using two methods,the relative deviation was in the range of 1.55%~1.71%.(Conclusion)The testing result is basically the same,the method of flame is faster simpler and more Precise,but the graphite furnace method has smaller demand for the sample.
