屏边三七种子后熟生理研究Ⅱ.层积后的种子内源抑制物粗提取及生物活性测定 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】探索屏边三七种子经层积处理后,种子中内源抑制物质的活性变化。【方法】采用系统溶剂法提取层积不同天数的屏边三七种子的内源抑制物,并用提取液对白菜种子进行发芽试验测定。【结果】通过生物活性测定,表明了屏边三七种子随着层积时间的延长,抑制作用不断减弱,层积175 d,抑制作用基本解除。【结论】层积处理的屏边三七种子各部位的抑制物活性为种胚大于种皮,对白菜种子发芽率和生长的抑制强度依次为层积175 d <层积140 d <层积105 d <层积70 d <层积35 d。 【Objective】This study aimed to explore bioactivity variation of endogenous inhibitory substances of Panax stipulenatus seeds(PSS)after stratification.【Method】Systematic solvent isolation was employed to extract endogenous inhibitory substances(EIS),and Chinese cabbage seeds germination assay was conducted by using the extracted solution.【Result】Bioactivity test result showed that with the inhibition decreased with the extension of stratification period,and the inhibition roughly terminated after 175 days'stratification.【Conclusion】Inhibition of embryo was stronger than that of coat of stratified PSS,and the order of inhibition of EIS in PSS to the germination and development of Chinese cabbage seeds was 175 days<140 days<105 days<70 days<35 days.
