洗梗时间及贮梗时间对微波膨胀烟梗吸湿性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】研究不同地区微波膨胀烟梗的吸湿性能,旨在控制微波膨胀烟梗加工含水率的稳定性及加工参数设置提供理论参考。【方法】实验室模拟制梗丝线加工过程,设置洗梗水温为70℃的条件下,采用单因素实验方法,研究了洗梗时间和贮梗时间对不同地区微波膨胀烟梗含水率增量和回透率的影响,并对实验结果进行方差分析及多重对比分析。【结果】①随洗梗时间的增加,微波膨胀烟梗含水率增量及回透率呈上升趋势。洗梗时间30 s时,试验区微波膨胀烟梗含水率达30%以上、回透率达99%以上。随贮梗时间的增加,微波膨胀烟梗含水率及其增量呈现下降趋势,而回透率呈现升高的趋势。贮梗时间3 h时,试验区微波膨胀烟梗含水率及回透率满足要求。②洗梗时间、地区及两者的交互作用对微波膨胀烟梗贮后含水率增量的影响均达到极显著水平。贮梗时间、地区及两者的交互作用对微波膨胀烟梗贮后含水率增量的影响均达到极显著水平。③在相同预处理参数下进行加工,试验区微波膨胀烟梗含水率之间存在极显著差异。由多重比较可知,云南地区及河南地区微波膨胀烟梗需分别单独进行预处理,而四川、江西、贵州3地区微波膨胀烟梗可在相同预处理参数下进行加工。【结论】在洗梗水温70℃,洗梗时间30 s、贮梗时间3 h的条件下,各地区微波膨胀烟梗含水率达30%以上,回透率达99%以上且含水率标偏均在0. 3%以下,均已满足烟梗预处理加工参数要求。 【Objective】The moisture absorption properties of microwave expanded tobacco stems in different regions were studied,so as to provide theoretical reference for controlling the stability and processing parameters of microwave expanded tobacco stems.【Method】In the laboratory,the stem cutting process was made by simulation and the stem washing temperature was set as 70℃,a single factor experiment was used to study the effect of stem washing time and storage time on the moisture content increment and return permeability of microwave expanded tobacco stem in different regions and the results of the experiment were analyzed by variance analysis and multiple contrast analysis.【Result】The results showed that(i)With the increase of stem washing time,the moisture increment and return permeability of microwave expanded tobacco stem showed an upward trend.when stem washing time was 30 s,the moisture content of microwave expanded tobacco stems was over 30%,and the return permeability was over 99%.With the increase of storage time,the moisture content and its increment of microwave expanded tobacco stem showed a downward trend,and return permeability increased,when storage time was 3 h,The moisture content and return permeability of microwave expanded tobacco stem in the five area have met the requirements.(ii)The effect of stem washing time,area and their interaction on moisture content increment of microwave expanded stem after storage reached a very significant level.The effect of storage time,area and their interaction on moisture content increment of microwave expanded stem after storage reached a very significant level.(iii)The sample was pretreated under the same parameters,there was a very significant difference between the moisture content of the microwave expanded tobacco stem in the five regions.【Conclusion】When the stem washing temperature was 70℃,stem washing time was 30 s,stem storage time was 3 hours,the moisture content of microwave expanded tobacco stems was over 30%,and the return permeability was over 99%,and the moisture content standard deviation was below 0.3%.All these have met the requirements of tobacco stem pretreatment and processing parameters.
