摘要 为确定锂电池在航空运输中安全性能最佳的含电量区间,以不同含电量的18650型锂电池为实验对象,进行UN38.3中的6项测试寻找含电量与危险性的关系,包括温度实验、振动、冲击、外部短路、撞击、高度模拟。在电池的SOC为100%~0范围内制备11组等差递减的实验电池,每组10节,实验得到不同含电量电池在实验前后质量和电压变化以及温度变化。通过相关性分析、回归分析后得出相应实验指标与含电量的拟合曲线。根据曲线变化趋势结合实际情况得出结论:锂离子电池的含电量小于等于30%时更能保障空运安全性。 In order to determine the optimal range of lithium battery state of charge(SOC)in air transportation safety performance,18650 lithium-ion batteries with different SOC were used as the test subjects,and the six tests in UN 38.3 were used to find the relationship between SOC and danger.The six tests are temperature experiment,vibration,shocking,external short circuit,impact,and height simulation.Eleven groups of batteries with SOC differential declining in the range of 100%~0 were made,and each group has 10 batteries.The weight,voltage and temperature change of batteries with different SOC were gotten.By correlation analysis and regression analysis,the fitting curve of corresponding experimental index and SOC were calculated.According to the curve trend and realities,it was concluded that when the SOC was less than 30%,the air transportation safety can be guaranteed better.
