摘要
开展实体试验,利用乙醇加热烟饼产生热烟的方式,分析相同试验条件下平开窗、上悬窗、下悬窗及不同开启角度的烟气温度、成分及影像记录。试验结果表明,自然排烟的效果与房间结构形式、排烟面积及开窗形式有密切的关联性;当使用上悬窗作为排烟窗时,建议增大相应排烟窗面积,以保证良好排烟效果;平开窗的排烟效果受风向影响较大,在设计时应结合当地风向。
Full scale experiment was conducted,and by means of heating tobacco cakes with ethanol,the smoke temperature,smoke composition and image recording of flat window,top-hung window and bottom-hinged window as well as different window angle were analyzed under the same experimental condition.The results show that the effect of natural smoke exhaust is closely related to the room structure,smoke exhaust area and window opening form.When the top-hung window is used as the smoke exhaust window,it is suggested to increase the area of the corresponding smoke exhaust window area to ensure good smoke exhaust effect;the smoke exhaust effect of the flat window is greatly affected by the wind direction,so the design should be combined with the local wind direction.
