摘要
分析了物料输送管道火花探测装置的工作原理并针对目前存在的问题进行优化设计。在光路上采用光滑内凹型导光柱,在信号采集电路上采用退耦相位补偿放大滤波的方法,并针对消除探测盲区及与上位机通讯提出了优化方法和实施方案,改进和完善了探测控制装置,提高了火花探测响应时间,减少误报率。该优化设计通过了实验室验证,完全能满足物料输送管道火花探测的需要。
The working principle of spark detection device for material transportation pipeline is analyzed and optimized for the existing problems. Smooth internal concave guiding light column is adopted on the signal acquisition circuit. The method of decoupling phase compensation amplification and filtering is adopted in the signal acquisition circuit. The optimized method and implementation scheme are put forward on eliminating blind area of detection and communication. The detection control device is improved and perfected to improve the response time of spark detection and reduce the false alarm rate. The optimized design is verified by the laboratory, which can fully meet the requirements of spark detection for material transportation pipeline.
