环氧树脂含量对酚醛环氧树脂性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of epoxy resin content on flame retardant and mechanical properties of phenolic epoxy resin

摘要 以酚醛树脂(PR)为基体,环氧树脂(EP)为添加剂,采用物理共混法制备了不同比例的酚醛环氧树脂(EP/PR)材料,并通过氧指数、锥形量热、热重分析和力学拉伸等方法研究了EP含量对复合材料阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当EP含量为5%时,氧指数下降了6.2%;点燃时间减少了32 s,热释放速率峰值提高了8.9%;经热重分析,试件质量损失为20%的时间减少了39 s,温度降低了6.1℃;在力学拉伸实验中,试件的拉伸强度提高了46%,拉伸弹性模量提高了26.1%。研究表明,EP含量为5%时,既保留了PR优良的阻燃性能又显著提升了PR的力学性能。 Using phenolic resin(PR)as matrix,epoxy resin(EP)as additive,different proportions of phenolic epoxy resin(EP/PR)materials were prepared by physical blending method and the effects of EP content on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of composites were investigated by means of oxygen index,cone calorimetry,thermogravimetric analysis and mechanical stretching.The results showed that when the EP content was 5%,the oxygen index decreased by 6.2%,the ignition time decreased by 32 s,and the peak heat release rate increased by 8.9%.After the TGA analysis,the mass loss time of the test piece was reduced by 20%and the time was reduced by 39 s.The temperature decreased by 6.1℃.In the mechanical tensile test,the tensile strength of the specimen increased by 46%,and the tensile modulus increased by 26.1%.Studies showed that when the EP content is 5%,it not only retained the excellent flame retardant properties of PR,but also significantly improved the mechanical properties of PR.
