摘要
推进大学教师教学发展是当前高等教育发展的趋势。当前,我国大学教师教学得到长足的发展,但与美国大学相比则表现出较大的差异,主要反映在教师教学发展兴起的背景、运作方式等方面。相对而言,美国大学在"背"负社会外在压力下,积极主动发展,已经步入了发展的"深水区",而我国发展时期较短,且"被"发展意味较重,发展理念及运作方式等还处在"浅水滩"。借鉴美国大学在这方面的经验与做法,期望通过比较分析能为我国大学教师教学发展提供一些借鉴与启示。
Promoting the development of university teachers teaching is the current trend of higher education development.At present,the teaching of university teachers in China has achieved considerable development,but compared with American universities,it shows a big difference,mainly reflected in the background and operation mode of the rise of teachers teaching development.Relatively speaking,American universities have actively and actively developed under the pressure of society.They have entered the“deep water zone”of development,while China’s development period is short,and“development”means heavier development concept.And the mode of operation is still in the"shallow water beach",and it is especially necessary to learn from the experience and practice of American universities in this respect.
