摘要
事物发展的内外因及其关系决定了教师的发展最终要落实到自我发展上。教师自我发展是教师专业发展的原动力,也是教师教育的内在需求,符合我国教育政策导向,但也存在教师自我发展不够充分的问题。本文采用SWOT态势分析法综合分析教师自我发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,提出S—O、W—O、S—T、W—T发展策略,试图帮助教师制订自我发展规划,促进教师自我发展。
The internal and external factors of the development of things and their relationship determine that the development of teachers will ultimately be implemented into self-development.Teacher self-development is the driving force of teacher professional development,and it is also the internal demand of teacher education.It is in line with China s education policy orientation,but it is also in the problem of insufficient self-development of teachers.This paper uses SWOT situation analysis method to comprehensively analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of teachers self-development,and proposes S-O,W-O,S-T and W-T development strategies,trying to help teachers develop self-development plans and promote teachers self-development.
