安徽省中职班主任培训现状与改善对策

The Status Quo Analysis and Countermeasures of Head Teacher Training in the Secondary Vocational School of Anhui Province

中等职业教育在整个国民教育与职业教育体系中占据重要地位。中等职业教育的发展,班主任队伍建设是关键。结合安徽省实际情况,中职班主任综合素质与专业能力明显不足,班主任培训成为重中之重。通过调查,中职班主任培训存在职前培育专业化不足、培训供给和需求关系失衡、培训内容缺乏系统性、培训方式合理性低、对培训重视程度不够等问题。针对存在的主要问题,借鉴国内外成熟经验,提出相应的改进对策,力争对中职班主任培训工作的有效实施与改革、班主任专业水平的提升具有一定推动作用。

Secondary vocational education plays an important role in the entire national education and vocational education system.The development of secondary vocational education,the construction of the class leader is the key.Combined with the actual situation in Anhui Province,the comprehensive quality and professional ability of the class teacher in the vocational school is obviously insufficient,and the training of the class teacher has become the top priority.Through the investigation,the training of the vocational class teacher showed the problem of insufficient professionalization before training,imbalance of training supply and demand,lack of systematic training content,low rationality of training methods,and insufficient attention to training.In view of the main problems existing,we draw on the mature experience at home and abroad,propose corresponding improvement measures,and strive to promote the effective implementation and reform of the training of the head teachers of the secondary vocational schools and the professional level of the class teachers.
