摘要
介绍了微晶玻璃的定义、性能特点及其制备工艺,对铁尾矿、金尾矿等尾矿制备微晶玻璃研究进展进行综述。已有研究表明,利用尾矿制备微晶玻璃是可行的,可获得性能较好的微晶玻璃;尾矿的加入量也较高,可实现尾矿资源的二次利用。由于尾矿成分复杂,目前对尾矿制备微晶玻璃中助溶剂、晶核剂的加入量以及晶化机理的研究较少,还有待进一步研究。
The definition,properties and preparation technologies of glass-ceramics were introduced and the research progress on the preparation of glass-ceramics from iron tailings,gold tailings and the like was summarized.Previous studies showed that it is feasible to prepare glass-ceramics from the tailings,yielding better glass-ceramics properties.Owing to relatively large addition amounts of the tailings,secondary utilization of the tailings resources could be realized.Nevertheless,due to complex composition of the tailings,few studies were reported on the fluxing agent,the amount of nucleating agent and the crystallization mechanism for the preparation of glass-ceramics from tailings,which needs further investigation.
