摘要
针对某T型光电测量转台,比较了目前常用的几种光轴平行性测试方法,设计了一台精度高、便携性好,用于光轴检测的辅助设备,完成可见光摄像机与激光的光轴平行度检测。介绍了光轴检测仪的工作原理,分析了检测不确定度的影响因素,采用全反射的卡赛格林光学结构设计,减小体积质量的同时,去除了波长对检测仪精度的影响。该光轴检测仪结构简单、精度较高,满足外场使用要求。
Aiming at a t-type electro-optical measuring turntable,several commonly used optical axis parallelism testing methods are compared,and an auxiliary equipment for optical axis detection with high precision and portability is designed to complete the optical axis parallelism between a camera and laser.The principle of the optical axis detector is introduced,the factors affecting the uncertainty of the detection is analyzed.And the all-reflecting kassegreen optical structure design is adopted to reduce the volume weight while removing the effect of wavelength on the accuracy of the detector.The optical axis detector has simple structure and high accuracy,and meets the requirements of field use.
