572例支气管哮喘缓解期患者中医体质类型与中医证候调查研究

Investigation of TCM body constitution types and TCM syndromes in 572 patients of bronchial asthma at remission stage

目的分析支气管哮喘缓解期中医体质类型和证型分布规律及相关性。方法采用横断面调查方法,共纳入符合标准的支气管哮喘缓解期患者572例,并对其进行中医体质和证型判定,以探讨支气管哮喘缓解期体质类型和证型的相关性。结果 572例支气管哮喘缓解期患者的中医体质类型以气虚质、阳虚质、痰湿质、湿热质最多,分别占28. 0%、25. 2%、21. 2%、10. 7%。证型分型主要为肺脾气虚证和肺肾两虚证,分别占65. 7%、34. 3%。气虚质与肺脾气虚证最为密切,阳虚质与肺肾两虚证最为密切,痰湿质与肺脾气虚证最为密切,湿热质与肺脾气虚证最为密切。结论气虚质、阳虚质、痰湿质、湿热质为支气管哮喘缓解期常见体质类型,支气管哮喘缓解期患者的中医体质类型与证候密切相关。

Objective To analyze the distribution laws of TCM body constitution types and TCM syndromes as well as their correlation in the patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage.Methods A cross-sectional study was adopted.572 eligible patients of bronchial asthma at remission stage were included.The TCM body constitutions and TCM syndromes were identified and their correlation was explored.Results Of 572 patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage,the body constitutions as qi deficiency,yang deficiency,phlegm-damp and damp-heat were of the majority,accounting for 28.0%,25.2%,21.2% and 10.7% successively.Regarding TCM syndrome identification,the lung and spleen qi deficiency and the lung and kidney deficiency were dominated,accounting for 65.7% and 34.3% respectively.The qi deficiency constitution was closely related to the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome,the yang deficiency constitution was to the lung and kidney deficiency,the phlegm-damp constitution was to the lung and spleen qi deficiency and the damp-heat constitution to the lung and spleen qi deficiency.Conclusion The constitutions as qi deficiency,yang deficiency,phlegm-damp and damp-heat are dominant in the patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage.TCM body constitutions of the patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage are closely related to the TCM syndromes of the disease.
