柴枳二陈汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期临床观察

Clinical observation of chaizhi erchen decoction in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma

目的观察柴枳二陈汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法将确诊为哮喘慢性持续期的73例患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。对照组口服孟鲁司特钠治疗,治疗组在此基础上予以柴枳二陈汤加减治疗。两组疗程4周,随访1个月,观察患者哮喘症状控制评分(ACT评分)、中医证候评分及肺功能最大呼气流速(PEF)情况。结果治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为97. 22%,高于对照组的83. 33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗组患者治疗后、随访时ACT评分、中医证候评分、PEF改善情况与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论柴枳二陈汤能有效改善哮喘慢性持续期患者临床症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of chaizhi erchen decoction on chronic persistent bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 73 eligible patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to random number table.In the control group,the patients were treated with the oral administration of montelukast sodium tablets.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,the modified chaizhi erchen decoction was supplemented.The patients were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 1 month in the two groups.The score of asthma control test(ACT score),TCM symptom score and pulmonary function(PEF)were observed.Results The total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 97.22% in the treatment group,higher than 83.33% in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment and in the follow-up visit,ACT scores,TCM symptom scores and PEF improvement in the treatment group were different significantly as compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaizhi erchen decoction effectively relieves the clinical symptoms and improves the quality of life in the patients with chronic persistent asthma.
