树脂增强及骨架调整对防热材料力学性能的影响研究

摘要 本文采用改性酚醛树脂对碳纤维三维块体进行刚性结构化处理,再进行PICA化处理。通过调整碳纤维三维块体纤维含量及改性酚醛树脂含胶量,制备一系列不同密度的防热材料(FR),并系统研究了其力学性能、微观形貌的变化规律。 In this paper, modified phenolic resin was used to treat the three-dimensional block of carbon fibers with rigid structure and PICA treatment. A series of heat-proof materials (FR) with different densities were prepared by adjusting the three-dimensional bulk fiber content of carbon fibers and modifying the adhesive content of phenolic resin. The mechanical properties and micro-morphology of FR were systematically studied.
