摘要
目前,全防误系统已在220kV娘宫变电站试运行,主要是在实现常规一次设备防误的基础上,增加了二次设备防误及检修操作防误,并延伸引入了接地线出入库管理功能,实现了全站锁具统一管理。系统能适应于运检一体及全遥控工作模式,将设备运行监控、设备巡视、倒闸操作、检修操作与安措布置等各项业务全部纳入该系统管控,确保各项业务开展风险可控。
At present, the full error prevention system had been put into trial operation in 220kV Nianggong Substa. tion. On the basis of realizing the error prevention of conventional primary equipment, it added the error prevention of secondary equipment and maintenance operation, and extended the function of grounding line access and storage management to realize the unified management of locks in the whole station. The system can be adapted to the inte. grated operation and inspection mode and the safe remote control mode. It integrates all the business of equipment op. eration monitoring, equipment patrol, switching operation, maintenance operation and security arrangement into the management and control of the system, so as to ensure the risk control of each business.
