竹芯模盒现浇混凝土空心楼盖施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 GBF竹芯模盒在现浇钢筋混凝土楼板中预埋内置空心悬浮芯块,形成双向肋空心楼板,若达到一样的楼板刚度,楼板自重将会进一步降低。与传统方法相比,本方法模板裁锯量少,模板安装及拆除施工均较为简便快捷。此外,模盒安装简便,与楼盖钢筋安装和预留预埋等工序可很好地分段流水施工,施工速度快。 GBF bamboo core box in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor pre-bury the built-in hollow suspen. sion core block, forming a bidirectional rib hollow floor plate, if the same floor stiffness is achieved, the floor weight will be further reduced. Compared with the traditional method, the cutting saw of the template is small, and the instal. lation and demolition of the template are simple and quick. And the installation of the mold box is simple, and the in. stallation of steel bars and reserved pre-burial procedures can be well segmented water construction, construction speed.
