Preliminary Study on Abnormal Abrasion of Wheelset on Chongqing Metro Line 1 and Its Countermeasure

本文从理论上系统阐述了城市轨道交通轮对异常磨耗常见现象、异常磨耗原理,并提出相应的预防改进措施。这对延长轮对使用寿命、改善轮轨关系、减少轮轨异常磨耗、有效降低运营成本、保证城轨地铁车辆运营安全具有重要的指导意义。

This paper systematically expounded the common phenomena and principles of abnormal wear of wheelset in urban rail transit in theory, and put forward corresponding preventive measures and improvement measures. It has important guiding significance for prolonging the service life of wheelset, improving wheel-rail relationship, reducing abnormal wheel-rail wear, effectively reducing operation cost and ensuring the operation safety of Metro vehicles.
