摘要 在分析充电桩功能的基础上,研究了测试要求及方法,主要分析了外观检查检验的内容和要求;例行检验中的电源电压的适应性、温度试验及震动、冲击试验的要求。针对冲充电桩面向广大客户的情况,进行了电磁兼容性能测试,介绍了电快速瞬变脉冲群、浪涌、射频辐射、静电放电抗扰度、电压暂降和短时中断、谐波电流发射、辐射骚扰、传导骚扰等试验,为充电桩出厂的稳定性、安全性提供借鉴。 Based on the analysis of the function of the charging pile, the testing requirements and methods were stud. ied. The contents and requirements of appearance inspection, the adaptability of power supply voltage, the require. ments of temperature test, vibration and shock test in routine inspection were mainly analyzed. According to the situa. tion of charging piles facing customers, the EMC performance test was carried out. The test of fast transient electric pulse group, surge and radio frequency radiation were introduced, which could provide guidance for the stability and safety of charging piles when they leave the factory.
