试论我国电力管理体制改革

On the Reform of Power Management System in China

电力工业是国民经济基础产业,在国家经济发展和人民生活中占有重要地位。目前,我国电力工业由国家直接投资管理模式逐步转变成市场经济模式,燃料型、水力型、核能量型、风力型及各种新能源的不断出现,证明了我国电力工业取得了辉煌成就。本文对我国电力管理体制现状进行总结分析,讨论我国电力管理体制未来改革发展方向,并提出相应的改革建议。

The power industry is a basic industry of the national economy and play an important role in the country's economic development and people's lives. At present, China's power industry has gradually changed from a national direct investment management model to a market economy model. Fuel, water, nuclear energy, wind power and vari. ous new energy sources have emerged, which prove that China's power industry has made brilliant achievements. This paper summarized and analyzed the current situation of China's power management system, discussed the fu. ture reform and development direction of China's power management system, and proposed corresponding reform pro. posals.
