摘要
目的:分析人性化护理应用于儿科护理中,对护理依从率和满意度的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院儿科收治的110例住院患儿按照入院时间予以编号并随机数分组,参照组患儿提供常规护理服务,研究组患儿提供人性化护理服务,对比两组患儿的护理依从和满意度。结果:研究组患儿的护理依从率显著高于参照组、护理纠纷事件发生率显著低于参照组,护理满意度显著高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科护理中应用人性化护理,能提升患儿护理依从性,提升护理满意度,从而减少护理纠纷事件的发生,是理想的护理方案,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the impact of humanized nursing in pediatric nursing on the compliance rate and satisfaction of nursing.Method:110 hospitalized children in pediatrics department admitted in our hospital were enrolled according to the time of admission and randomized.The reference group provided routine nursing services.The study group provided humanized nursing services.The nursing compliance and satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Result:The nursing compliance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of nursing disputes was significantly lower than that of the reference group.The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the reference group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in pediatric nursing can improve the nursing compliance of children and improve the satisfaction of nursing,thus reducing the occurrence of nursing disputes.It is an ideal nursing program and worth promoting.
