急性白血病患者术后真菌感染的护理效果观察

Nursing Effect of Acute Leukemia Chemotherapy with Fungal Infection after Clinical Chemotherapy

目的:急性白血病患者化疗后机体粒细胞减少,抵抗力下降,真菌易乘虚而入,常使患者伴有细菌真菌感染,本文通过试验研究白血病患者术后真菌感染经护理干预后的控制效果。方法:选取2013年1月-2017年1月入住笔者所在医院接受治疗并伴有真菌感染的急性白血病患者100例,将其随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用常规的护理模式进行护理,而观察组在常规护理模式基础上加入优质护理理念。观察所有患者化疗后感染部位的真菌感染情况,并做好相关记录,对两组的护理质量及满意程度进行评分和比较。结果:观察组术后真菌感染率及疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理质量评分及满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理模式对白血病患者有重要的意义,改善患者的生活质量,显著提高患者的护理质量评分及满意度评分,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:After clinical chemotherapy,leukemia patients take disadvantage of granulocytes,decreased resistance,and then the fungi will have the possibility to seize the opportunity to sneak,causes each kind of serious disease,to study the nursing effect of high quality nursing mode for leukemia patients after clinical chemotherapy and bacterial infection by experiment in this paper.Method:A total of 100 cases with acute leukemia disease who were treated in the hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were recruited as the study objects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random digit table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The infection of all patients during and after chemotherapy,and keeping the records,the quality of nursing and satisfaction of routine nursing mode and high quality nursing mode were scored and compared.Result:The infection of all patients and the success rate of chemotherapy in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the quality of nursing and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing model is important to the leukemia patients,can improve the quality of life for patients,and it also improves the quality of nursing and satisfaction dramatically,it is worth for clinical use.
