“工匠精神”在医学生职业教育中的路径研究 被引量:10

摘要 "工匠精神"在2016年、2018年被多次写入政府工作报告,引起当今社会对"工匠精神"的广泛关注和深度研究。"工匠精神"是当下社会的价值追求之一,也是中华民族几千年的传统美德。"工匠精神"在我国流传千年,在新时代又被赋予了新的时代内涵。"工匠精神"在新时代是职业、专业、专心的代名词。各行各业都在自己的领域践行"工匠精神",在医患冲突严重的今天,加强对在校医学生"工匠精神"的培养,提升医学生职业精神,是缓解紧张的医患冲突的有效方法之一。本文通过对工匠精神的全面认识,并深刻领会时代赋予工匠精神的时代内涵,构建医学院校职业教育的新途径。 "Craftsman Spirit"was written into the government work report many times in 2016 and 2018,which aroused widespread concern and deep research on"Craftsman Spirit"in today's society."Craftsman spirit"is one of the value pursuits of contemporary society,but also the Chinese nation for thousands of years of traditional virtues.The"craftsman spirit"has been circulating for thousands of years in China,and has been endowed with new epoch connotation in the new era."Craftsman spirit"is the pronoun of occupation,profession and concentration in the new era.All walks of life are practicing the"craftsman spirit"in their own fields.Today,the conflict between doctors and patients is serious.Strengthening the cultivation of the"craftsman spirit"of medical students in school and promoting the professional spirit of medical students is one of the effective ways to alleviate the tense conflict between doctors and patients.This article through to the craftsman spirit comprehensive understanding,and deeply comprehends the era endowed with the craftsman spirit connotation,constructs the medical college vocational education new way.
