“以本为本”推进地方院校本科教育创新

“Education of Undergraduate Course Oriented”, Deepening Undergraduate Educational Innovation in Local Institutions

"以本为本",推进"四个回归",加快建设高水平本科教育、培养创新人才,已经成为我国高等教育发展的核心问题和巨大挑战。由于本科院校差距较大,如何推动各层次本科教育中创新人才培养亟待解决。地方医科高校在创新人才培养中存在学生参与度低、教师重视程度不够、相关保障机制、评价机制和激励机制不健全等问题。高校应以管理机制、培养体制改革为切入点,提高学生和教师对创新能力培养重要性的认识,完善科研平台建设和相关激励措施,为师生参与科研实践活动提供保障,探索适合自身的创新型本科生培养模式。

The core problems and enormous challenges in the development of higher education contain"Education of undergraduate course oriented",promoting"Four regression"for construction of high level undergraduate education and cultivation of innovative talents.Due to the large gap between undergraduate universities,it is urgent to solve how to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in undergraduate education at various Levels.There are some problems in the cultivation of innovative talents in local medical universities,such as low participation of students,insufficient attention of teachers,imperfect relevant guarantee mechanism,evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism.So many works need to be done immediately,containing the reform of management mechanism,promotion the students and teachers to the cognition of the importance of innovation ability,construction of scientific research platform and so on.Then,more undergraduate students could participate in scientific research and effectively promote their scientific research innovation ability.
