3277例儿科患者EB病毒感染情况分析

Analysis on 3 277 Pediatric Patients with EB Virus Infection

目的了解儿科患者EB病毒(Epstein-Barrvirus,EBV)感染情况。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测3 277例儿科患者EB病毒4种抗体,区分不同感染阶段,分别从性别、年龄因素进行统计分析。结果EB病毒感染的总阳性率84.93%,急性感染率23.77%,既往感染率36.50%,感染后复发率24.66%;未感染率15.07%;女童感染率高于男童;各感染阶段与年龄存在差异,随着年龄增加,急性感染率下降,既往感染率增加,感染后复发率以4～5岁组最高。结论 EB病毒在儿科患者中的感染率还是很高的,四种抗体的联合检测可区分不同的感染阶段。

Objective To investigate the EB virus infection in pediatric patients.Methods Four kinds of EBV-antibodies were measured by using ELISA,differentiating different stage of infection;the results were analyzed in term of gender,age.Results The overall infection rate of EB virus was 84.93%,including acute infection rate of 23.77%,past infected rate36.50%,recurrence after infection rate 24.66%.Uninfected rate was 15.07%.Girls’infection rate was higher than that of boys.Statistically significant differences were seen in the infection stages among age groups.With the increase of age,the acute infection rate decreased and the past infected rate increased.Recurrence after infection rate was the highest in group of 4~5 years old.Conclusion The infection of EB virus in Pediatric patients was high.The combined detection of four antibodies can distinguish different stages on infection.
