腔镜辅助胃癌根治术在胃癌手术治疗中的应用

Application of Endoscopic Assisted Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

目的探讨腔镜辅助胃癌根治术在胃癌手术治疗中的应用价值。方法从本院选择86例胃癌患者作为研究对象,并分为对照组(开腹辅助胃癌根治术治疗)与观察组(腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗),比较分析两组的治疗效果与各项指标。结果观察组的手术时长、切口长度、肠胃功能恢复时间以及住院时长等均比对照组优(P <0.05);观察组的并发症发生率(6.98%)明显比对照组(25.58%)低,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论给予胃癌患者腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术进行治疗,不仅能降低术后并发症的发生率,还可加快患者术后恢复的速度与效果,临床价值显著。

Objective To evaluate the value of endoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods 86 cases of gastric cancer were selected from our hospital and divided into control group(laparotomyassisted radical gastrectomy)and observation group(endoscopyassisted radical gastrectomy).The therapeutic effects and indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time,incision length,gastrointestinal function recovery time and length of hospitalization in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group(6.98%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.58%)and the difference was still statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,but also can shorten the patients with postoperative recovery speed and effect,clinical value is significant.
