微型种植体支抗技术应用于口腔正畸的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Micro-implant Anchorage Technique on Orthodontics

目的探讨微型种植体支抗技术应用于口腔正畸的临床疗效。方法选择本院于2015年2月—2017年2月期间收治的口腔正畸患者则108例作为资料进行研究,依据随机数字抽取表法分组各54例,对照组采用正畸方法治疗,观察组则采用微型种植体支抗技术治疗,观察两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角、磨牙移位、上齿槽座角、下齿槽座角、尖牙间宽度等指标。结果观察组治疗有效率96.30%,与对照组83.33%比较明显更高,疗效明显更好(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.70%与对照组18.52%比较明显更低,安全性更高(P <0.05);治疗后观察组上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角、磨牙移位、上齿槽座角、下齿槽座角、尖牙间宽度等临床指标均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在口腔正畸治疗中选择微型种植体支抗技术治疗可有效改善患者症状和临床指标,获得良好的治疗效果,且治疗安全性较高,不良反应少,具有创伤小、操作简单等优势,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microimplant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods 108 cases of orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as data for study.According to random number table method,all cases were divided into two groups with 54 cases in each.The control group was treated with orthodontic method,while the observation group was treated with micro-implant anchorage technology.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,the difference of convex distance between upper and middle incisors and the inclination of upper and middle incisors were observed.Molar displacement,upper alveolar seat angle,lower alveolar seat angle,canine width and other indicators.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.70%vs 18.52%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the difference of convexity of upper central incisor,inclination of upper central incisor,molar displacement,upper alveolar seat angle,lower alveolar seat angle and canine width in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical indicators were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthodontic treatment,mini-implant Anchorage therapy can effectively improve the symptoms and clinical indicators of patients,and obtain a good therapeutic effect,and the treatment is safer.It is worth popularizing because of its advantages such as high,less adverse reactions,less trauma and simple operation.
