腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的比较。方法选择90例2017年1月—2018年3月异位妊娠患者据术式分组。对照组开展开腹手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组异位妊娠手术干预效果;手术相关指标如术中出血量等;手术前后患者β-HCG水平;发热、感染等并发症率。结果观察组异位妊娠手术干预效果高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组手术相关指标如术中出血量等优于对照组(P <0.05);手术前两组β-HCG水平无明显差异(P> 0.05);手术后观察组β-HCG水平优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组发热、感染等并发症率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论异位妊娠患者行腹腔镜手术疗效非常理想,可有效改善病情,加速恢复,减少并发症的出现。

Objective To compare the advantages of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Ninety patients with ectopic pregnancy from January 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled according to the procedure.The control group underwent open surgery and the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery.The effects of surgical interventions in ectopic pregnancy were compared between the two groups;surgical related indicators such as the amount of bleeding during surgery;the level ofβHCG before and after surgery;the rate of complications such as fever and infection.Results The interventional effect of ectopic pregnancy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation-related indexes in the observation group,such as the amount of bleeding during the operation,were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level ofβHCG between the two groups before surgery(P >0.05);The level ofβ-HCG in the observation group after surgery was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of fever and infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery in patients with ectopic pregnancy is very effective,which can effectively improve the condition,speed up recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications.
