抗菌素联合CT检查在布氏杆菌病并发骨性关节炎中的应用

Application of Antibiotics Combined with CT in Brucellosis Complicated with Osteoarthritis

目的探讨抗菌素联合辅助CT检查在布氏杆菌病并发骨性关节炎中的应用。方法将2016年1月—2017年12月进入我院接受布氏杆菌病并发骨性关节炎疾病治疗的142例患者作为本文研究的基础资料,按照入院顺序前71例为对照组,后71例为观察组。对照组采用常规抗菌素治疗模式,观察组在此基础上联合辅助CT检查模式,并根据检查结果进行对症施药。比较两组治疗效果、复发率及患者满意度。结果观察组整体治疗有效率为95.8%,对照组整体治疗有效率为84.5%(P <0.05);观察组的满意度为87.3%,对照组的满意度为70.4%(P <0.05);观察组的复发率为0.0%,对照组的复发率为8.5%(P <0.05)。结论在布氏杆菌病并发骨性关节炎的治疗中采用抗菌素联合辅助CT检查,能够提高对患者治疗的整体有效率与治疗满意度,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To investigate the application of antibiotics combined with auxiliary CT examination in brucellosis complicated with osteoarthritis.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,142 cases of brucellosis complicated with osteoarthritis treated in our hospital were selected as the basic data of this study.According to the order of admission,the first 71 cases were the control group,and the later 71 cases were the observation group.The control group used the conventional antibiotic treatment.The observation group combined with the auxiliary CT examination on the basis of control group,and based on the examination results,symptomatic application.The treatment outcome,recurrence rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the total treatment in the observation group was 95.8%,and that of the control group was 84.5%(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 87.3%,and that of the control group was 70.4%(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 0.0%,and that of the control group was 8.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of brucellosis complicated with osteoarthritis,antibiotics combined with CT examination can improve the overall efficiency and treatment satisfaction,and reduce the recurrence rate of disease.
