老年糖尿病患者合并感染后胰岛素泵强化治疗的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Intensive Insulin Pump Therapy in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus complicated with Infection

目的分析老年糖尿病患者合并感染后胰岛素泵强化治疗的有效性。方法选定本院收治的老年糖尿病合并感染患者92例,研究时段从2015年1月—2018年1月,在随机数字表法的分组原则下,分试验组和对照组,试验组46例患者给予胰岛素泵强化治疗,对照组46例给予胰岛素皮下注射治疗,比较治疗情况、血清炎性因子。结果试验组感染控制时间、血糖达标时间显著较对照组短,胰岛素日用量、PCT、CRP、WBC水平显著较对照组低,具统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论老年糖尿病合并感染患者采纳胰岛素泵强化治疗,可有效减少胰岛素用量,缩短治疗时间,减轻炎症反应,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive insulin pump therapy in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 92 cases elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases per group.The treatment group was given intensive insulin pump therapy.The control group was given subcutaneous insulin injection.And then,we compared the treatment,serum inflammatory factors.Results The infection control time and blood glucose compliance time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group.The daily insulin dosage,PCT,CRP and WBC levels were significantly lower than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive diabetes pump infection in elderly patients with diabetes can effectively reduce the amount of insulin,shorten the treatment time and reduce the inflammatory response.The effect is significant and worth learning.
