甲硝唑栓结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的效果

The Effect of Metronidazole Suppositories and Conjugated Estrogens Cream in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的探讨甲硝唑栓结合雌激素软膏的治疗方法对老年性阴道炎的效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年2月88例老年性阴道炎患者并随机数字表法分组。对照组单一给予甲硝唑,联合治疗组在对照组基础上进行雌激素软膏治疗。比较两组老年性阴道炎治疗效果。结果联合治疗组老年性阴道炎治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);联合治疗组药物安全性和对照组无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论甲硝唑栓结合雌激素软膏的治疗方法对老年性阴道炎的效果确切,可有效改善阴道脱落细胞成熟指数和SF-36量表评分,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of Metronidazole Suppositories and Conjugated Estrogens Cream on senile vaginitis.Methods 88 cases of senile vaginitis from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given metronidazole alone,and the combined treatment group was treated with estrogen ointment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of two groups of senile vaginitis was compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The drug safety of the combined treatment group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P >0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Metronidazole Suppositories Conjugated Estrogens Cream is effective in treating senile vaginitis.It can effectively improve the vaginal exfoliated cell maturation index and SF-36 scale score,and is worthy of promotion.
