异位妊娠保守治疗患者采用循证护理的临床价值

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Conservative Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨和研究循证护理对早期异位妊娠采用保守治疗患者的治疗依从性、临床效果及负性情绪的影响。方法随机选择2014年3月—2017年3月在我院因异位妊娠收治的96例患者对其进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为两组,一组为观察组,用循证护理,一组为对照组,用常规护理,对其治疗依从性、临床效果及负性情绪进行评价。结果观察组对异位妊娠患者进行保守治疗中患者治疗依从性普遍更高,B超检测无异常率、血β-HCG定量检测回归正常率,负性情绪评分等各项数据较对照组比较更为优异,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论循证护理对异位妊娠患者保守治疗具有积极影响,有利于患者病情好转,提高治疗效果,可以在临床使用。

Objective To explore and study the effect of evidence-based nursing on the therapeutic compliance,clinical effect and negative emotion of patients with early ectopic pregnancy treated conservatively.Methods 96 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:The observation group was given evidence-based nursing,the control group was given routine nursing.The clinical effect and negative emotion were evaluated.Results In the observation group,the compliance of patients with ectopic pregnancy was generally higher than that of the control group.There was no abnormal detection rate of B-ultrasound,and serumβ-HCG was determined normal rate,and the negative emotion score,which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has a positive effect on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
