品管圈活动在手术室标本管理中的应用体会

Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in the Management of Operating Room Specimen

目的运用品管圈手法分析探讨手术室标本管理中存在的问题,通过整改,完善手术室标本的规范管理。方法选取我院2016年10月1日—2017年5月31日收取的2 050例手术病理标本送检资料,期间采用品管圈活动进行质量改善,与2015年1月1日—12月31日未实施品管圈活动的3 230例手术病理标本送检资料进行对比分析。结果我院于2016年10月1日对手术标本实施品管圈活动后,标本无专人管理、标本容器选择不当、标本交接不规范、标本信息填写不全、标本送检不及时、标本漏登记等现象均较品管圈活动前有明显降低,缺陷发生率由改善前的3.01%下降为改善后的0.339%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论在手术室标本管理中,运用品管圈手法改善手术标本的送检流程及标本管理制度,显著提高了手术室标本管理质量,大幅降低了标本的缺陷率,规范了手术标本的安全管理。

Objective The problems existing in the management of operating room specimens were analyzed by means of quality control loop,and the standard management of operating room specimens was improved through rectification.Methods From October 1,2016 to May 31,2017,2 050 surgical and pathological specimens collected by our hospital were selected for examination,and quality improvement was carried out by quality control circle activities.The data of 3 230 surgical and pathological specimens from January 1 to December 31,2015,which were not carried out in quality control circle,were compared and analyzed.Results After our hospital carried out the quality control circle activities on October 1,2016,the specimens were not managed by special personnel,the selection of the specimen containers was improper,the specimen handover was not standardized,the specimen information was not completed,and the specimen was submitted for inspection in time.The rate of defect decreased from 3.01%before improvement to 0.339%after improvement(P<0.01).Conclusion In the operation room specimen management,the quality control circle is used to improve the procedure and management system of the operation specimen.The quality of the operation room specimen management is improved significantly,the defect rate of the specimen is greatly reduced,and the safety management of the operation specimen is standardized.
