摘要
真空、1300~1500℃条件下,以颗粒状氧化铝粉末和铝粉为原料,制备了片状交联结构氧化铝/铝复合粉体。XRD和SEM分析结果表明:随着氧化铝和铝之间反应的进行,氧化铝颗粒被刻蚀为片状结构,残留的金属铝包裹于氧化铝颗粒表面。原料氧化铝与铝的配比为5∶1. 5时,在1400℃下加热20 min后,基本形成片状交联结构的氧化铝/铝复合粉体。
Alumina/aluminum composite powders with flaky cross-linked structure were prepared at 1300-1500℃in vacuum,using granular alumina powder and aluminum powder as raw materials.XRD and SEM results show that with the proceeding of the reaction between alumina and aluminum,the alumina particles are etched into flaky structure,and coated with the residual aluminum.After the raw materials of alumina and aluminum with a ratio of 5∶1.5 are heated at 1400℃for 20 min,the alumina/aluminum composite powder with a flaky cross-linked structure is basically formed.
