The Rule of Law Path of Construction of the Free Trade Zone: Taking Qianhai of Shenzhen as an Example

推动深圳前海蛇口自贸区法治建设,不仅有利于推动自贸区营造公平透明、法治化、可预期的营商环境,也为我国经济在新时代实现高质量转型发展提供了优秀的样本。当前,前海自贸区法治建设还存在综合改革措施体系化程度不足、政府组织机构改革尚待深化等问题。应全方位深化法治化政府的改革创新,探索新的法治模式,共同为全面开放新格局下自贸区的法治建设服务。

Promoting the rule of law in the Shenzhen Free Trade Zone under the new pattern of comprehensive opening is not only conducive to promote a fair, transparent, legalized and predictable business environment in the free trade zone, but also to provide high-quality transformation and development for the Chinese economy in the new era. At present, the construction of the Shenzhen Free Trade Zone still facing problems like insufficient systematization of comprehensive reform measures and the need to deepen the reform of government organizations. We should not only to promote the rule of law, but also to archive the reform of the administrative system and mechanism, to build an international standard administrative management system, and to explore comprehensive law enforcement mechanisms.
