摘要
在全球经济开放大背景下,2008年全球粮食危机后的粮食贸易态势为我国粮食安全带来了新的挑战。应从宏观管理层面把握全球粮食交易的推进规律及特点、发展态势,扬长避短、趋利避害,实施中国粮食安全应对之策,助推粮食产业稳步前进。
In the context of the opening of the global economic challenge, the new global food trade situation has brought new challenges to China's food security. From the macro-management level, we should grasp the laws, characteristics, and development trends of global grain trade, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, avoid disadvantages, and implement China's food security response strategies to boost the grain industry's steady progress.
