摘要
为了保存优质的遗传基因,提高优秀种公羊的利用率,提升陇东绒山群体品质,扩充选育品系数量,通过同期发情、人工受精技术,对照研究0~4℃低温保存鲜精与冷冻精液授配陇东绒山羊专门化改良的效果。结果表明:陇东绒山羊同期发情率为95%;0~4℃低温保存精液精子有效存活时间为74h,授配后母羊受胎率达到了93.1%,冷冻精液授配组受胎率为60%,两组差异极显著(P<0.01)。"0~4℃低温保存精液+同期发情"的模式有利用加快育种进展,快速提高陇东绒山羊群体的生产水平。
In order to preserve the high quality genes,improve the utilization rate of excellent rams,promote the quality of Longdong cashmere goats,expand the number of the breeding lines,the comparative study of cryopreservation semen at 0-4℃ and frozen semen were done to explore the mating effect of Longdong cashmere goats through estrus synchronization and artificial insemination.The results showed:the estrus synchronization rate of Longdong cashmere goats was 95%;the effective survival time of sperm was 74 hours at 0-4℃,the pregnant rate of mated ewe reached to 93.1%,and the pregnant rate in frozen semen group was 60%,the difference between two groups was extremely significant(P<0.01).The mode of " cryopreservation semen at 0-4℃and estrus synchronization" can speed up the breeding progress and quickly improve the production of Longdong cashmere goats.
