受到撞击破损后的柴油机机座可以采用铸铁焊工艺焊补修复,焊接过程中应注意消除焊接应力,在焊补前后均应仔细检测其平面度、主轴瓦座孔内径尺寸及孔心线直线度等形位尺寸,在必要时应采用其它工艺加工恢复其形位尺寸至标准范围内。
