舰船装备应急抢修虚拟维修系统研究

Research on virtual maintenance system for submarine equipment emergency repair

舰船是海军重要战略装备,应急抢修作为舰船装备保障工作的重要组成部分,对于保证装备的战斗状态起着十分重要的作用。在对船机电系统和设备的工作原理、工作状态、结构特点和性能进行了深入、详细地研究分析的基础上,以某型舰船中的部分机电设备为对象,研制了设备所在环境虚拟现实、设备维修过程演示模块制作、设备维修过程模拟操作模块制作、维修工艺信息化处理、设备典型故障维修模块制作以及虚拟维修管理系统。该研究对舰船装备的使用训练和维修保障具有重要的军事意义。

Warship is an important strategic equipment of our navy.As an important part of warship equipment support,emergency repair plays a very important role in ensuring the combat state of warship equipment.On the basis of the thorough study and analysis of the working principle,working state,structure characteristics and performance of the electromechanical system and equipment of a warship,this paper takes some electromechanical equipment in a warship as an object.The virtual reality of the equipment environment,the production of the demonstration module of the equipment maintenance process,the manufacture of the simulation operation module of the equipment maintenance process,the information processing of the maintenance process,the manufacture of the maintenance module of the typical fault of the equipment and the virtual maintenance management system are developed.This research is of great military significance to train and maintain warship equipment.
