基于寒冷环境地区油气工艺模块通风系统的保温需求,文章以某LNG项目为例,详细介绍了该项目工艺模块风管保温设计及施工工艺。该研究工作为今后模块化工厂、陆地车间、海洋平台风管保温设计及施工提供了参考及可选择性,对油气工程领域中的暖通空调系统保温、保冷具有一定意义。

Based on the insulation requirements of the oil and gas process module ventilation system in cold environment areas,this paper takes a LNG project as an example to introduce the design and construction process of the process module air duct insulation.This research work provides reference and selectivity for the design and construction of air duct insulation for modular plants,land workshops and offshore platforms in the future.It has certain significance for the insulation and cold preservation of HVAC systems in the field of oil and gas engineering.
