余热蒸汽螺杆膨胀发电机凝汽器真空度低原因分析

摘要 针对余热蒸汽螺杆膨胀发电机凝汽器真空度偏低的问题,从原始设计和工艺控制角度分析,确认射汽抽气器冷却水量为主要原因,并在保证凝结水泵一开一备、凝汽器液位正常的前提下,向凝汽器补充少量脱盐水。调整实施后,使机组安全高效运行。 Low vacuum degree happened in the condenser of waste heat steam expansion screw generator.By analyzing the original design and process control,we found the main reason was the less cooling water in steam-jet air extractor.In the premise of keeping condensate pump one on line and one on spare,keeping the liquid level at nonnal position,we compensate small amount of demineralized water in the condenser.After execution,the generator operated in high efficiency and under safety.
