摘要
甲醇合成气压缩机汽轮机表冷器真空度异常下降,经过查证为表冷器循环水换热器列管被填料堵塞。通过降低装置运行负荷,调整中、低压蒸汽抽汽流量,从而降低进入表冷器的乏汽流量,成功在线切出表冷器循环水换热器进行清洗,解决了表冷器真空度低的问题。
The vacuum of turbine condensator for compressor of methanol synthesis decreased abnormally.It^verified that the cooling water tubes were blocked by the packing of the cooling water tower.By reducing the load of the plant,regulating the flow rate of MP and LP steam extraction from turbine to decrease the exhaust steam,the cooling water side of condensator was successfully online cut out for cleaning,and the problem of low vacuum was solved.
