煤浆泵隔膜的损坏机理研究

STUDY ON FAILURE MECHANISM OF COAL SLURRY PUMP DIAPHRAM

介绍煤浆泵在使用的过程中出现的隔膜运行周期短、频繁破裂的问题,通过分析平板隔膜存在的劣势以及煤浆泵在运行过程中出现的种种异常,得出造成煤浆泵隔膜频繁损坏的原因除其自身存在缺陷外,主要原因为隔膜两侧受压不均匀导致隔膜频繁破裂,运行周期短。

The short life cycle of diaphragm of coal slurry pump and frequent rupture of the diaphragm during operation were described.By studying the disadvantage of plate diaphragm itself and various kinds of abnormal cases during pump operation,we drew a conclusion that the frequent failure of diaphragm was mainly caused by uneven pressure on two sides of the diaphragm,as well as the intrinsic defect of the diaphragm.
